We recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the accommodations were quite nice. The staff and customer service, however, were utterly spectacular. We accidentally left an item in the room that was seemingly unimportant, that could have been easily discarded, but Ashish Ray and Tithi Patel went above and beyond to work with us to have it mailed back to us. They should both receive special commendation for their incredible help, problem solving, and general attitudes. Special thanks especially to Mr. Ray, who communicated multiple times over the phone and made an otherwise stressful situation very simple.
Nicely designed and furnished room. Quiet location. No highway noise. Great shower. Nice fixtures. Will be my go to place in the area.
Nice modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. We arrived early as part of a group because I needed an accessible room with a walk in shower. Daisy at the front desk searched and found us a room that was already available and let us check in early. She is definitely a valuable asset to your business as she knows how to care for her customers. Also, everyone else we saw was very pleasant and polite too. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you need a room in the area.
Omar at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond when I was checking in late, and made sure I was taken care of! The hotel is new and looks new and modern. The couch in the room was pretty comfy actually (maybe because it's new). There were two big TVs. The desk and chair were sleek and nice. A lot of free parking as the hotel sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, kinda.
This is a great place to stay. Very convenient for doing things in the area. I only have 4 stars for the room because the AC was loud and would not get the room cool. But besides that everything was great.
Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location kind of random but if you're going cycling/biking in the mountains like I was then it is a short 20 minute drive to reach Glendora Mountain Road (with no traffic). The area felt very safe.

I had a wonderful stay with my family! The kids especially loved the pool and had a blast! When I needed assistance with room cleaning, Manager Janet and Elena went above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and eagerness to help truly made a difference. They provided exceptional service with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Because of their positive attitude and outstanding support, I would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Janet and Elena, for making our visit so enjoyable!
